It'll be interesting to see how he does if he comes back to the PL. He had a difficult couple of seasons in the PL with Bournemouth after not getting minutes here (or at Chelsea) , but he's had a good couple of years in the Championship. It will be interesting to see if he is now fulfilling his potential or if he has found his level.

We would probably drop off a bit like when Nat was playing rather than let other teams murder us

Imagine TAA and Gerrard smashing up the right hand side, with Salah coming in to a central area.

If peak-Gerrard played central midfield with 2 of Fabinho, Thiago and Hendo behind him, it would be simply epic.

With Carragher, I am not sure he would have got in Jurgens team. Does he have the pace???

Best header I remember seeing is that Suarez one at West Brom, from just outside the box, where the cross was fired at him from close range by Sissoko and the instinctive header started off outside the post and curled in to the top corner. At that point, everything Luis touched just turned to gold.

We would have seen this scenario back in the early 60s when Shankly came along & Billy Liddell looking at that thinking if only!
