            If's and but's...

If we beat the Mancs next week (we've not even scored a goal there and lost every time under Rafa), then we could definitely be back in this.

Lets wait for the outcome next weekend though.

              I agree.

I only keep this thread going to see the possible change in peoples opinions. And also to see how quickly the bookies change their opinions.

I sensed we were ready to hit a good run of form and it's been good to see the mood change around here.
              Forwards.......

Dropped points by Chelsea, but a win for Man Utd. About the best we could have hoped for.

                    Man Utd - 70
                    Arsenal - 67
                    Chelsea - 65
                    Liverpool - 59

We haven't a prayer. Surely no-one out there is harbouring any hopes? Surely?

no chance whatsoever, even if we take 24 points from our last 8 games where are utd going to drop the other 9 nevermind arsenal and chelsea dropping also?

i'd be happy to leave old trafford without them ****s singing 'you're the worst liverpool we've ever seen' i remember that from the toothless display of ours a few years ago. lets win on sunday and then take it from there.

No chance. Expect Fredo here in the early hours convincing us to 'believe'

Not really, but we keep winning and our rivals keep dropping points.

From 22 points off the top to a possible 8 on the weekend. I've got to say, I'm staying interested, if not at all hopefull if we keep our winning run up.

Were 11 behind, we never had a chance a month ago and we still dont have a chance. There is no way that he will drop enough points to let us back in. I actually think we can beat them on sunday and close the gap to 8 points. But even then we wont win our remaining 7 and the top 2 will keep winning. We'll finish about 6-8 behind at least

We will finish in excess of 10 points behind in my opinion - as we are now.
