I dont think this would have as much impact as there is an element of choice here, as in there is more of a chance people would not choose Carlsberg (ie dont drink, prefer other brands).

This would work as part of a bigger drive.
    Quit your jibber jabber!!!

Jermaine, you know the song Billie Jean...is it about the tennis player??

I agree...some people seem to want to turn being a Liverpool fan into some kind of militant trade union

Doesn't worry me as Carlsberg tastes like rats piss. However, I do buy and drink copious amounts of Carlberg Export cos the danes hate to see it leave ....

Your too good to be true, can't take the ball off you you got a heavenly touch, you pass like Sounness to rush. And when we're pissed in the bars we thank the Lord that your ours

SoS wants to know what you think. SoS wants your view to be included in the direction it goes. You might not like the question, but at least you are being asked. Do you have your own ideas? Well if possible try to get to the Olympia on Saturday. If you can't make it, look to join the union and get your voice heard. SoS want to include everybody, but it's going to need all people to be positive for it to be a success.
But its got bugger all to do with Carlsberg ... they are not at fault for the problems we have. As others have said, why should we ruin the good relationship we have with Carlsberg to annoy Hicks? It wouldnt send out a good message to potential future sponsors...

Is this the thin end of the wedge? 'We dont like the current leadership, so no-one will?' Even if I DID like the currebt leadership i'd be wary of people like this. Anyone who tells you to boycott beer is not right in the head!!!

                again i say yes.

ive been saying this all along,as much as the match protests raise awareness they really dont have any impact on hicks,he couldnt give a toss.

therefore the only way to hurt him is by hitting him in the pocket, tbh id boycott everything that fattens his bank balance.
You two scousers are always yapping,I'm gonna show you some serious rapping.

I think that just keeping up the protesting until the end of the season will do.

If we still have no change or news by the end of the season then we can start thinking of these types of ideas. As long as the fans are still aware of the problem with Hicks, and are not won over by his rubbish, that could be enough.

                      No.

Can't we all just support the club through this difficult time? Fans are always lambasting others who get down on players, telling them to support the club no matter what. Well the same should apply to the owners, directors and executives too. Voice your discontent in the proper manner but why on earth would you want to form a radical faction who are intent on sullying the good name of the club and it's fans.

I understand people are pissed with Hicks, but we're in bed with him now whether you like it or not, and no petition or boycott is ever going to change that. This whole anti-Hicks, anti-Yank campaign is getting boring and in some cases outright xenophobic. Grow up and move on already.
when things go wrong, don't walk away.
                      that'll only make it harder.

No thanks. I'll not agree to the fact that we WILL make a difference. But we MAY make a difference. No way will I shut up whilst that man is in charge. The reasons for this have been mentioned enough times by myself and others, so I wont bore you or anyone else with them now.

OK, the "grow up" comment was going a little far. LFC fans are passionate about the club so it's to be expected, but I honestly feel like this campaign against Hicks will achieve nothing except to make the fans look like a bunch of loons.

That I agree with to a large extent. He knows how popular he is now. Hick's mind is all we can hope to affect, and that has been done really.
