I still remember the "doCKers" celebration for which he recieved a punishment (which he just accepted) and I remember the penalty that never was against Arsenal. How many professional footballers then or now or indeed from any sport would do what Fowler did and told the ref it wasn't a pen? I can't remember it ever happening before or since.
