Yes,but that's down to the quality of the squad and not the ideology behind the tactics.

true, and a point I've made many times but the fact is he should realise that we don't have the players to do it. I always said that Rafa would do great with us if he had better back up strikers. IE: I think his tactical side is great and his fault is with the simple things

I really hope Rafa is given the funds to buy the quality players we need.He is,imo, the best man our there with all the right credentials.

          spot diddly on mate.

even now our best 11 still doesnt compare to scums in all posistions, but hopefully now we have the same spending power to rectify it for next year then we can rotate quality for quality (as they do) not quality for all-so-rans.

A couple of top strikers/attacking players should leave us looking good for next year, and there should be a few available such as Luis Fabiano and Villa and the likes

The thing is though that the scum do rotate quality for also rans. The difference IMO is that when they do this they still have enough quality in the "unrotated" positions to help the also rans along and still win games.

Also I don't think people give enough credence to the amount of experience Slur Alex and Wenger now have in the prem and regardless of how good Rafa is he can't have that after 4 ****ing years.

I can't remember many times Fergie "resting" Ronaldo.

I don't think their fringe players are that much better than ours,it's there first 11 that are top notch in vital, attacking areas.

Thats exactly what I was saying.

With regard to not resting Ronaldo. Rafa has hardly rested Torres or Gerrard

Also if we get a couple of quality additions where needed and the first teamers in that position become the fringe players we will be a lot stronger.

How can rotation have worked when we were dropping points left right and centre a few months back and we're 14 points off the top of the league?
The point of rotations is to rest players and still win games - which is something we clearly didn't do.

All rotation does is rotate results.

The games we lost points in during the middle of the season would be games we lose points in at the end of the season if we didn`t rotate so much.

.Difference is our players are fitter/rested in the last part of the CL while other teams may run out of steam.

In each of the games we dropped points,we had chances.Thats the thing.we didn't have the quality to make the difference.

Look at the scum.At least once in every game,Ronaldo can even sneeze in front of goal and somehow the ball ends up in the back of the net.

2 or 3 world class players and the footballing world is our oyster. We certainly have the right management for the job.

If Rafa really thinks his rotation has worked, he wants his head testing. He wants taking round the back of the nearest building at Melwood and his head kicking until it sinks in.

Personally, the reason I think we've had a sh*t season is Rafa's poor attempt at a goatee. It's got to go. Start the campaign now.
