All bought in the past year. Is Hicks really that bad? He and Benitez played hardball with each other and now seem to be on the same page.

Although this latest power struggle is not 'the Liverpool way,' it's pretty clear that the Liverpool way has seen us fall behind over the past fifteen years. Maybe we are simply witnessing the birth pangs of a new era of success.
I like the cut of your jib.

    However I suspect others won't.

Hicks can't do anything without the support from Gillett and if Parry is now supporting Gillett then there is no way that Parry will be sacked.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Didn;t someobody post on another website yesterday that this would happen today (copied on here) - don't think anyone gave him the time of day as he was a new poster but on the money by the looks of it

If this is true, doesn't that make Hicks a desperate man? Why would he publicly demand Parry's resignation if he knows he won't walk?

            Tick tock?

                Correct

Parry is a director you would need a board majority to remove him

Just look at the face: it's vacant, with a hint of sadness. Like a drunk who's lost a bet.

Am I the only one that thinks Parry is being a little tongue-in-cheek with the wording of this?

Parry had a vote and losing his vote could potentially be devastating to LFC. We don't really know but myself, I would prefer Rick was there.

So, who is on the board then?

And are we all convinced GG and RP are allied?

I would say that this make it look like Hicks is in big, big problems and that he don't want it to leak out.

It will leak out if Parry is our CEO.
