Thanjk you.

Really gald to see David James there, he has been phenomenal this season. Cesc started the season in amazing form, but his form has dipped massively. Same maybe can be said for Adebayor.
Surely its a 2 horse race between Torres and Ronaldo though.
Sticking my neck out here but Ronaldo deserves it this year, hes been the best player in the world this season. A total prick but im gutted we missed out on signing him.

It's a one horse race mate.
Ronaldo has been the best in the world, never mind the premiership.
But one thing to remember is it's player of the year, not player of the season. Votes are made in January and are asked to take into account the full calendar year of jan - Dec.
Apparently that journo Danny Fullbrook is claiming in his paper that Torres should win Player of the Year, not Manchester United...sorry, Ronaldo.
Then he is off his head.
I love Torres, but we have to admit Ronaldo has been on another planet this year. Remarkable debut season by El Nino, but if you're asking who the best player has been, then it's Ronaldo.

You can have arguments for both as Ronaldo is seen as a 'winger' (when he clearly is not) and playing for the Premiership darlings Man Utd does help his case however Torres has come into this season from abroad and hit the ground running in an under-achieving side.
