              Masherano is a good player, don't get me wrong but his use of the ball. is cometimes laughable, if he improves this he would maybe get into the Prem 11....

                            I really think this gets to the heart of the issue - the best team made up of players from the PL might well differ from the best eleven players in the league. In terms of answering the thread I would say that a single team is almost meaningless in this context and that a more reasonable way of looking at things would be to think in terms of a squad of players who were worthy of consideration for such a team.
