The Yanks should be the first out the door. Closely followed by Rick Parry.

His touch for a forward player is very disappointing for the most part.
Complete nonsense Nic. You obviously haven't watched him lately. He had a difficult first half to the season but he has been one of our best players lately. His champions league performances have been tremendous and if you don't think so you obviously didn't go to the games.

Against Inter Milan, Arsenal and Chelsea he was by far one of our best players. His touch and control has also been very very good. Trust me iv watched him up close lately and he has been plucking long crossfield balls out of the air with ease. Not to mention on of the top scorers in the champions league.

Credit where credit is due, Kuyt has been fantastic in getting us to within inches of another Final. His goals have been key, his defensive work has been key and when the big games have came about he has performed when we needed him most

In Europe, yes. Fair comments and credit to him - Chelsea 2nd leg apart, in which he was atrocious - he's been excellent. Heroic at times.

          In the Premiership?

Its great to have skill players around who can produce a moment of magic out of nothing, but we also need players who will stand up to be counted when the chips are down and from whom we can guarantee 110% effort from the red shirt in every single game.

I'm not sure Kuyt would be in my ideal Liverpool first team at all, but he would absolutely be in my squad, no question whatsoever, and he deserves far more respect for his attitude and application than a considerable quantity of our squad do, and in fact the vast majority of all modern footballers. There is no way Rafa will get rid in the summer, and I will be delighted the first time I see Kuyt step out in the red shirt next season.

For his own good? He has been playing for liverpool in recent premiership games and scoring goals. He is getting paid very for that too. I think Crouch is a very good squad player and although i have sympathy for him for not always getting a game, i would say that he has a pretty cushy life and owes the club for that. He wont ever get to a bigger club than Liverpool.

I care about whats good for LFC and i think he should stay and fight for the club. His England Career is completely irrelevant and not of our concern

but will crouch see it that way? yeh he's at a big club, has a cushy life and owes us for it. but, he is a professional football player and it cant be what you want to sit on the bench and be an impact player. or to start the games when the gaffer rests all his big name stars. crouch wants to play as much as is possible to enhance his chances of representing his country (which is what nearly all players claim is the biggest honour of their careers). of course he wont get a move to a bigger club but i reckon he must move to get as many games as possible and would be up for moving to a small team such as villa, middlesbrough or wigan if it meant being their number 1 striker. shame to see him go but i think he'll want to.
People who think there's no good way to die have obviously never heard the phrase 'Drug-fuelled-sex-heart-attack'.

The question you've got to ask yourself is that will .......... insert name............ get into Arse, Scum or Chav squad. If not they should be binned.

I think that's a bit of a simplistic way of looking at it.

Its the best way of looking at it. They are title challengers, if we are to be title challengers, we need to look at those sides and the sort of quality they have. Obviously, each of the sides play with a different style but I would say only Mascherano, Gerrard and Torres would get into the top 3 teams.

But then you could also say Reina, Agger, Skrtel and Babel wouldn't look out of place in any of those teams.

In fairness to bodmin I read his post wrong - he says "would get into the Chelsea/Arsenal/Mancs squads". That is fairer than "team".

All of the above would walk into those squads, and so would a few more.

Anyway who cares about them - it's who's good for us and our balance that matters.

would the likes of Fletcher, Silvestre, Shevchenko, Ben Haim, Eboue, Senderos get in ours though? Exactly
