But Pompey let them play that way. They hardly ever closed them down. I think we'll see a truer reflection of their level against better opposition.

Do you think this was a one-off .... or are you ready to write off the Liverpool ladies' team's chances for another season?
I'm playing all the right notes. Not necessarily in the right order. I'll give you that, sunshine.

            The answer is simple:

Anelka is 50 times better than Diouf and le profs prefered the one with the blonde hair

Doesn`t mean someone can`t point out an obvious mistake made by a previous manager.
What`s with all the aggressiveness recently?
              It doesn`t suit you.

Perfectly balanced midfield. They were awesome. Quite worrying

a midfield quartet that you wont get much change out of 500,000 a week in wages. dont think any other club in the world could do that.

Interesting to see if Essien has to perform the Makalele role for them this season; he'll do it well but a bit of a waste of his talents.

We won't win the league until Rafa has us playing quality football and not the defensive pragmatism he currently employs. We must be the worst passing side of all top teams in Europe.

Well I imagine all these better passing teams would love our record in Europe under Rafa.

Yep, Barcelona, Manchester United and AC Milan would love what we have done these past 4 years - hang on...

And AC Milan are an attractive passing team are they?

I don't agree with your description of defensive pragmatism of our play but it is quite similar to the football Chelsea played under Mourinho and they didn't do too bad in the league did they.
