We never failed today because of Robbie Keane.

We failed because rather than play the ball into his feet and along the floor we wasted possesion by crossing in high balls into the box and taking stupid shoots from far out. Our corners were also disgraceful

This won't go down well with some people, but if we had Gareth Barry instead of Alonso we would have cruised to victory today

Yeah but if we had Lionel Messi instead of Kuyt we would probably have cruised to victory too.
Our first XI should have had enough to defeat Stoke without Barry or Messi for that matter.
We drew because as a team we underperformed, not because Keane is off form or Alonso isn't Gareth Barry.

He is class and it is too early to judge - most of you slating him will be licking his knob later.

          Let's just buy Crouch.

I'd rather have Defoe than Keane or Crouch. Controversial but Defoe has pace which neither Keane or Crouch seems to display

Underperformed? Have you actually seen any of the game? We were fantastic in their area, just poor finishing let us down. Mostly Torres' fault.

Im positive he will regain his best form soon and be a good player for us..

I dont and never will think he is worth 20 mill though so in my mind the money could and possibly should have been better spent.

Still, we win the league this year and who gives a ****.

Yeah I watched about 80 mins, missed the first 12 mins or so.

You've got a different opinion to me, but I'm not going to get all upity like you. Chill out chief

Did that sound uppity? Methinks you were looking for emotions that weren't there.

The chances that Torres got, and missed, unbelievable. Another team will take a tonking if we play exactly the same way again.
