I'm guessing he's still not 100% and Rafa doesn't want to risk him, add to that the form of Carra and Skrtel, and Sami not being able to play in EuropeThe only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

It was all made up bollocks and it was a disgrace that LFC forums would carry such muck. You won't see it posted on here.
Fact is, Agger was ropey against SL. Skrtel came in and anyone would be hard pressed to replace him. Maybe when Rafa sees an opportunity for a CH to join the midfield we'll see Agger back. The Crushing Machine MKII

Either way i'm sure he's still on a HIGH after the win."Let me say for the record, I am not a gangster and never have been. Im not the thief who grabs your purse. Im not the guy who jacks your car. Im not down with the people who steal and hurt others. Im just a brother who fight back."

Agger played the whole 90 minutes in midweek for Denmark when they beat Portugal. So i would assume that Rafa doesnt want to risk him playing 2 games in 1 week. He is still obviously lacking match fitness and nobody wants him getting injured again. Better to take it slow as we will need him this season big time
I don't believe the malicious rumours that were going around last season and this is certainly not the place to discuss them. No point spreading malicious stuff that more than likely was never true

hmm, thing is, Skrtel has really developed his ability to bring the ball out of defence, I dont know if we could play with 2 cb's who do that, the balance we have at the moment is superb, so guess it'll have tobe a choice between Skrtel and Agger for the ball playing CB

One of them needs to learn to lead the line like Carra and then we will be set for a long, long time.Originally posted by Parm View Posthmm, thing is, Skrtel has really developed his ability to bring the ball out of defence, I dont know if we could play with 2 cb's who do that, the balance we have at the moment is superb, so guess it'll have tobe a choice between Skrtel and Agger for the ball playing CB
At the minute Skrtel totally deserves his place (as does Carra) and it is excellent to have this level of competition. It does all make you feel a bit sorry for Sami though - I think he might leave in January if Agger regains full fitness."The man who never alters his opinion is like standing water, and breeds reptiles of the mind."
