    Ooooo that smells very Dunkish

I suppose you could also describe it as being too many posters with an agenda, but either way, personally I don't think it is healthy for a site when people retreat into their own camps and are only willing to enter into a discussion with people that they know they agree with.

      Couldn't agree more

Haven't read this thread but did someone say Lucas was MOTM?

He was awful. Hyypia was MOTM by a country mile, Pennant had a lot of the ball without ever really doing anything and El Zhar worked hard even if he cut inside every single time.

Anyway Reece, you were supposed to lock this and open a post match thread

Ian Doyle said it was another worryingly low key performance by Lucas. Have real doubts about whether he can make it in our team playing in the role he does

He was particularly low key when he bagged the winner wasn't he!?!

                  Give it a rest.

Lucas was putting himself about all over the pitch helping out the defence and getting forward with the attack, and I thought he was quite effective last night. Nobody had a great game, so for the work Lucas put in and the goal he scored which won us the match I think he's certainly a contender for MOTM.

                      Sorry, have to disagree.

Lucas should have been the stand out act in the middle of the park but was far from it. He put himself about on a few occasions but mostly it was to win back a ball which he'd lost through getting caught in posession or making a slack pass.

There were at least 4 people I'd nominate ahead of Lucas for MOTM.
