Nothing to be confused about, people are happy and hopeful but know nothing's won after 10 games and want us to continue winning.

Didnt really need an essay, did it?

Can't win the league this early, but you can lose it.

So let's stay positive. Another massive game, but win and we really can go on a role.
      Forwards.......

This is why some people make negative comments. From watching that game we wont get an easier 3 points. How we lost that I'll never know but we made no effort past going a goal up and do not look convincing. After this loss we have to rely on other results already when we had a good lead.

We were unlucky yesterday - should have got 3 points. We were unlucky to have a goal disallowed against Stoke. Should have had three points. You seem to conveniently ignore those.

Incorrect Chrono. We still have to play Chelsea again.

            Hello mert.

Put it in the joke section when we don't win the league. That will be hilarious!

We had a few chances admittedly but we never went for a second and stuck to counter attack football until they equalised. We were playing negatively and were too comfortable letting them play when they should have been killed off.

what about the sunderland game - carra's huge deflection and a last second screamer, what about portsmouth when the defender went crazy, the utd game with the own goal and babel's freak bounce on the hard pitch?

as for stoke we still had over 80 minutes and yesterday, well we didn't take our chances. we lacked composure and we paid for it.

l can see both sides believe it or not, i'd just rather not rely on luck, she has a habit of deserting u when u need her most.

How did we never go for a 2nd? We hit the woodwork THREE times, created a decent chance for Kuyt and a golden one for Alonso.

What was our intention in creating those chances then, not to score a 2nd goal?

I honestly dont think there'd EVER be a scenario that you'd be happy with. You want complete perfection and as such, you'll never be satisfied.

11 games, 26 points. Things arent perfect, but COME ON - how can any of us complain about our opening to the season?

because i see the very same cracks that have seen us falter in seasons past.

the scenario i'd be happy with craig is a consistency similar to when we beat chelsea. some of the passing in the second half was of the highest order. but we only seem to be able to do that when the opposition press.

too often i see a lack of creativity and an inability to finish teams off. when these weaknesses are addressed i'll accept that sometimes we'll lose the odd game down to bad luck. until then i really don't think bad luck has anything to do with it.

i complain about the opening of our season because i know that it could and should have been so much better. we dropped two points to stoke at hme and got beat away by the bottom of the league table. my fear is that these points lost will come back to haunt us

That's what i mean about perfection, our performance at Chelsea was immense and to expect that regularly isnt realistic.

As for not finishing teams off, the Tottenham game was down to bad luck, on another day we'd have scored at least one of the FIVE chances we failed to convert.

                                Get back to reality mate.
