Build up - Bolton Away

Carra will play right back with Sami in at Centre Half to cope with Bolton launching it forward.
There is not a chance that Darby will make a full debut against Bolton, Rafa didn't even give him half an hour when we were 4-1 down last night as he was clearly hoping Degen could get 90 mins in.

I think we'll line up like this -
Reina
Carra, Hyypia, Agger, Aurelio
Mascher, Alonso
Kuyt, Gerrard, Reina.
Torres.

I think you're right with the exception of Keane - I can't see him being left out after netting his first two league goals last week. Reckon Torres will come off the bench.

With torres coming on around 65 mins. - The tough one is at the moment, Kuyt, Keane, Riera, Gerrard, MAscherano and Alonso have all been playing well, add torres to the mix - how can we accomodate them all!??? So for me torres on the bench as he builds up his match fitness, and the players i named above will have to play well to keep there place, cause argueably if torres found some form, and one of those players wasn't performing that would make way.

ie, for arguements sake, say if mascherano and alonso got themselves playing so well they were undroppable, as did kuyt and riera on the wings, and then keane and torres souddenly clicked - even gerrad could get dropped! - it would prob not happen, but for all our faults with the back up players and people moaning about they lack of quality - the scenario and competition for places in the first team (esp midfield) is great.

but at the same time it could be the making of the lad, a good performance and a win and he will get a taste of life with teh first team and starting pushin on.

i wouldn't be suprised if rafa went with Carra, Agger, Hyypia, Aurelio - but i don't see why Darby can't step up....he will have kuyt in front of him who works his bollocks off, carra alongside him, and mascherano eating babies in the middle - he should be ok.

see my last post - exact what i said, darby with kuyt in front of him and carra alongside him should be able to step up - these players need to, have to, be given this type of chance - if not now then when or will they ever. Our first choice right back is suspended, the 2nd choice right back is injured and had a nightmare start to the season due to injuries so look dodgy at best - surely then, the 3rd choice right back, and captain of the reserves and a local young lad deserves to be given the chance. Surely he must....he has too....
