    Next 6 games

The next 6 league games will take into late February and upto the Madrid games.

Couple of big ones in here, but it's a good chance to consolidate and possibly extend our lead.

    10th Jan - Stoke (a)
    19th Jan - Everton (h)
    27th Jan - Wigan (a)
    1st Feb - Chelsea (h)
    7th Feb - Portsmouth (a)
    21st Feb - Man City (h)

With our away form, we should be looking to go to those 3 and win. The derby's the derby and we're far better than Everton, big game (what with us playing on the monday night after the others will have already played) which we can be winning. Obviously Chelsea at home will be huge, if we can win the next three, that Chelsea game could be the biggest of the season. Between now and then, Chelsea have Stoke and Boro at home, either side of a trip to Man Utd. If we do our job in January, we'll go into the Chelsea game with the chance to open up at least a 6 point gap, if not more.

That lot will take us upto 26 games played and if we're still in possession of a nice lead at the top, everyone will be taking us seriously as title contenders.

Half the season still to go, but in some ways, when you break it down, we're close to being close, if you get my meaning

I am trying so hard not to blow my load with excitement, hope and belief.

We should be looking at a minimum of 14 points out of that lot IMO, although that sort of goes out of the window when you look at the last similar thread - we dropped points galore - relatively speaking - and have somehow extended our lead.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Or to make Shaggy even more excited, 13 wins out of our remaining 18 games, and we'll probably win the title

No need to think further than Stoke.

Hopefully Torres is back and we play them off the park...

Bollocks to it, we'll batter all of them and get 18 points.

                      Wow what a season!

My biggest concern is if Man U go on one of their runs. Then again, they have been relying on Scholes and Giggs recently so they should be getting tired now

Very true - we're 3 clear of Chelski but if the Mancs win their games in hand then we're only one clear of them.

One match at a time please, stoke is a 'tougher' team than Chelsea right now.

Stoke and Wigan away wil not be as easy as they look....

lets go to Stoke and get 3 points and take it from there....

Forget the next 6 games, we should be concentrating on the next 18.

We have 18 cup finals left, its as simple as that.
