Are there more of us? Or are we the last?

I appauld you mate, I really do. I don't know how you do it, always looking on the brightside. I often used to wonder, don't they care as much? Don't they hurt like **** like I do when we fail? Or do they just believe in us so much they can't see where its going wrong? But I've come to the conclusion its only a game and I'm going to chew squirrels nuts for 4 years and 20 months.

So you really think we should have Sammy Lee as our next manager?

Look I know tonight has not been good but come on. Sammy Lee wasn't good enough for Bolton as manager.

**** mate, it hurts just as much. It's horrible. One of the worst feelings I experience so regularly it seems.

I genuinely would have been overjoyed to have known we'd be here at the start of the season. I started expecting more too, the better we did and the longer we lasted at the top. Then there were the two big wins over the holidays.

I just can't not get behind the manager. Unless he's a world-class confidence trickster, he clearly loves us. It can't be denied we're getting better, as is the squad, albeit far more slowly than any of us would like.

My method of patience is to constantly remind myself of how long it took Fergie, and how he got the same stick when he was in the middle of it all. Then I look at our respective records, and what exactly that ******* has achieved there, and wonder what life would be like had he been sacked, as it seemed he was going to be at the time.

Then, much like Rafa does, I look to the next match.

Is that cro-magnon for "I support Liverpool cos when my dad was growing up they won everything so I started supporting them cos I idolise my dad". Or something similarly ridiculous?

If O neill was in charge............

We'd be running away with the league this year.

The only reason (some -the minority who incidentally, are all mad)people are happy with benitez is because we are 'up there' where we havn't been in ages but the reality is that we are NOT up there, UTD and the rest are actually back down with US! We are worse off points wise this season than we were last year.

We have Babel and Keane and Alonso who are 3 of the best and most creative players in the league and Riera or Kuyt have probably had more game time than all 3 together. And the difference between the best and the rest is meant to be the quality in the final third.

I mean we go to the woeful stoke and he decides to match them with steel and drop all our quality players and expects to win.

He is a very very ordinary manager and the only way we will ever win the league with him will be if the other teams all go crazy.

He over complicates the game and his team selection and the way he sees things in players that wouldn't be out of place in the local park is going to destroy the club.

                      Benitez out.

And a word on Lucas while I'm at it. He is the worst 'footballer' I've ever seen and when I see him line up for LFC I still think I'm dreaming. Brazilian my arse. He's no more brazilian than the hairiest muff on the planet. He wouldn't look out of place for kidderminister harriers under 16's with his poncy hairdo and total lack of any footbaling quality whatsoever.

Martin O'Neill is the man i'd want Rafa to replace.

I just dont know what to think anymore tbh.

Hows life Nic? Long time no internet chat.
