No one's really 'happy'. Its just a phrase to get over something not so important. What we really don't need at this point in the season is Rafa making the next round with Aston Villa his topmost, urgentest, priority this season. Then facing two scoreless draws and extra time again.Originally posted by L10 View PostTotally agree, maybe I am reading in to this totally, I'm reading some quotes here like , glad and happy we are out,not bothered etc;
I'm gutted
We just don't have the squad for that. One tit for another.

Sad and truly shameful that we are being conditioned to disregard the FA Cup as not that important.
Come on, it is THE FA CUP!! FFS I used to dream of playing in a Wembley Cup Final, now it is just meaningless?!!
After a performance like we gave against Chelsea we should have laid down another marker to our watching rivals. Instead we gave them more confidence that we cannot play consistently and are likley to continue to slip up.
Above all I am just absolutely flabbergasted at the ****e football we played.
Call me mad but I blame the 6 years of Houlliers anti-football that is still to be exorcised from this great club. Until we start playing the game the way it should be played we will continue to see such great talents as we have fall short of achieving their true potential. Pass and move was the Liverpool groove and it desperately needs a revival IMO."Its not about the long ball or the short ball, its about the right ball." Bob Paisley

I guess the DVD is for sale tomorrowOriginally posted by wiw View PostYeah of course I am..in the grand scheme of things though I'm happy to let Everton have their moment. This, after all, will be the pathetic highlight of their season closely followed by Gerrard getting injured today. They are unbelievably small time and any stick I may get I'll happily laugh off
Some players had bad games, but our defence was rock solid and we were always up against it after the sending off.
To be honest the most disappointing thing for me is the standard of refereeing in England..it's starting to really piss me off
Wiley was ****e, most of them are

I understand mate but we were missing our main player for most of the game and Torres wasn't right either. He shouldn't have been played IMO. He just didn't seem right. Fair played he worked and ran but nothing came of it.Originally posted by Craig_H View PostMate, they're everton, not Barcelona. Hanging on against them is a positive?
Each to their own of course, but i find that mentality staggering.
If he was match fit he would have knocked the **** out of Jagielka.
I feel a bit sorry for the team. They plugged away but lacked any real threat. Kuyt I thought was excellent. He works his bolloks off that lad, Lucas gave away a silly foul but he did not deserve to be sent off.
Alonso's passing wasn't great tonight but apart from that he was ok. Reina, Skittles, Carragher, Dossena and Arebeloa were all good tonight. They just crumbled in the end.
Feel really sorry for players like Dosenna and Lucas. No one wants them at this club based on a few bad performances which is a bit harsh. They need to be given a chance to play and show what they can do. I like Dossena for his crossing, he showed some attacking ability too tonight and also defended quite well too.
Lets not forget he is learning from the best in JC and I believe he will be a good player for us. As for Lucas, I feel as though he's been restricted by Rafa a bit. He's not letting him play his natural game. He needs to be let loose to show what he can do before people start binning him off. The both of them have received some very harsh treatment which is very unfair.
C'mon Liverpool fans, don't be so fickle you know you're not like that. Back these guys and at least give them a chance.Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

I back them to the hilt mate, but i still dont think our standards are that low, that hanging on against a ****e side like them is a positive. It's a prerequisite for me.Originally posted by Slinky Skills View PostI understand mate but we were missing our main player for most of the game and Torres wasn't right either. I know we lost Gerrard and i know Torres wasnt on it, but there are 9 other players, most of whom are much better than their counterparts in blue.
I feel sorry for the players, who were knackered and restricted by the 'dont attack unless they score' tactics of our woefully unambitious manager.

I'm not extremely disappointed although I am a little sad.
Not often to I openly criticise our players but after the penalty against Wigan I said that I'm never going to forgive Lucas, and even though it was a spur of the moment thing I really don't think he did himself any favours today. I'm a fan of the Keane philosophy of getting rid of players whom were overpriced and aren't performing. I'd love to let Lucas go and bring in someone half decent during the off season. He's showed that he has some tools to be decent on a few occasions but overall his performances have been pretty poor and I don't see him being a very good player for us. I do however still think his development would have been aided greatly if he left on loan for a season to a midtable club (there were apparently tons asking) where he could get regular games, rather than stagnating on the bench picking up the odd game here and there for us. He's not in my good books any way I look at it.

Joey Jones's niece used to cut my hair when I was a kid. Just thought I'd let you know.Originally posted by Joey Jones View PostThat might be true but we've just lost to Everton in the cup FFS, we should be pissed off that we've lost and not just say that it's a meaningless competition.
She also had the greatest most beautiful pair of tits I have ever seen in my life. When she'd cut my fringe I would get the biggest rod on ever. Lucky I had that apron thing around me while I was getting a trim.Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. Personally, I like shaving it clean, I'm not into designing my man hairs.Originally posted by Slinky Skills View PostJoey Jones's niece used to cut my hair when I was a kid. Just thought I'd let you know.
