Sometimes teams lose games it's not the end of the world.
Worthy of the shirt means ,to me, that the player gives there all and does nothing to bring our beloved club into disrepute.
As compared to not really good enough for our team.
Big difference IMO.Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

That seems a fair assessment to me.Originally posted by SB View Post

The poll is based upon the idea that they are good enough?
God knows I know that they give their all (Kuyt runs a marathon every match).
But my point is, is their all (in your opinion) good enough?

I love Kuyt to bits for what he does give the team. However I would like someone more gifted in an attacking sense to play in that position, or at least have the option of playing in that position. Kuyt has a lot to offer the squad, but not necessarily as a starter week in week out.Originally posted by Icon View PostApologies for symantics error.

BTW - Anyone can 'give their all' regardless of profession. It is a gimme...a freebie...something we are all capable of. Something I expect."Sir, it's me sir. Jennings sir."

Another example of how poll questions can be misinterpreted.
Quantitative research: *spit*
That's all.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.
