I would more or less go with that...But I also feel Sami Hyypia is worthy of a spot in the top 5...

Bit early to say that an on form Kuyt is one of our top 5, considering we havent really SEEN an on form Kuyt in the Premiership.

You just put him in there because you had to keep Crouch out

I was torn between Crouch and Reina for that last spot, but i figured with Momo and Carra in there and on form, Reina wouldnt be required to be at his best.

Reina ?! Christ.

Surely Crouch, Riise, Kuyt and Agger are all more important than Pepe.

In fact, I think Carson's potentially as good as him.

Depends what's meant by "important". In my eyes he's one of our most important players cos for a start it's one of the most key positions on the park and when he's good he's essential to us - enabling us to defend 10 yards higher up the pitch than we did with Dudek in goal.

And such short memories too.

Depends what's meant by "important". In my eyes he's one of our most important players cos for a start it's one of the most key positions on the park and when he's good he's essential to us - enabling us to defend 10 yards higher up the pitch than we did with Dudek in goal.

And such short memories too.

The thing is though mate, I never thought he was that good last season, either. He almost cost us the FA Cup final and made numerous mistakes throughout the year. Bolton away, Birmingham away etc etc

I know, I know, you can shove all the clean sheet stats in my face you want, but then look at Paul Robinson for England, he's made to look 10 times better than he actually is, It certainly doesn't tell the whole story.

Anyway, his start this season has been little short of woeful, let's hope he sorts out his form. Sharpish.

Agreed. He's been ****e. which to me demonstrates how important he is to us...if you know what I mean.
