    So do I.

I have a gut feeling he still has unfinished business here. Would love to welcome him back.

      Seriously ?

I'd let him rot at Newcastle. He's finished.

                Diego Milito is ideal.

Aged 30 in June. Vastly experienced and has a good career goalscoring record. Joined Genoa in 2008 and has scored 16 goals in 25 games. He would do a good job for us as a 3rd striker.

He's past his best, yes, but that's why I want him.

We need a player who will settle at the club and also be happy on the subs bench as cover for Torres. It would aslo help if they are a similar player, and though Owen has lost some pace, he's still fast enough.

I can't think of many players who fit that criteria. But Owen does. We all know he'd have no problems settling in the area and at the club and I have a good feeling that he would be happy with being cover, especially as he is no longer going to be first team in any of the clubs capable of fighting for honours.

Plus Michael already has a great relationship with Gerrard, who he'd be playing with up top. And he's also on a free!

                  -----------------

Of course if he wanted first team football then there is no point signing him. Nor would I accept signing him if he wanted massive wages.

Needs first team football. We can't offer that. And for a reserve he would not be worth the money Villa would want.

It's why Owen is so appealing, he'd be on a free.

not so sure bout him - he has looked very poor recently, wasteful in possession.

                      I want Santa Cruz

He'd cost too much for a back up striker.

Unless you'd consider breaking up the successfull 4231?

                          He'd do as well.

I see people are suggesting Agbonlahor and Santa Cruz too - but this would be a backup striker, no? If not, we can all play that game.

I want David Villa and Sergio Aguero

Owen & Tenry would be fine aye.
                              3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Owen or Henry? Tough one but id be swaying towards Henry. Owen obviously would be the cheaper option. but if money isnt an problem id settle for Villa!!
