It's pretty obvious. Neil pointed it out earlier; football is a team game and as long as we're winning, a player failing to reach the heights doesn't mean anything. Kuyt isn't particularly flashy in attacking sense but he does work for the team and he does it better than most.

We should stop concentrating on individual player's failings. If one player has a bad game or less than average one, it won't affect the team really, but if 4 or 5 of them perform below average then it's a problem.

Riera is inconsistent but he can be equally very good.
