If the title is already decided, he may as well.

        Anyway, he's a legend.

            Gutted to hear this.

All the best Sami, you are a true Liverpool legend. We'll see you back here one day!

Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

Always, keep your face to the sun, and shadows will fall behind you.

Couldn't of asked for more from him. He might not have the legs anymore but his reading of the game has earnt him another two years of hopefully a regular place in their team. Hope he does well.

One of the greats. Come on City and Arsenal, beat the scum for us and let Sami go out with the trophy he deserves.
I'm playing all the right notes. Not necessarily in the right order. I'll give you that, sunshine.

Our best signing of the nineties. The most consistent Liverpool player of the last ten years. I used to laugh at the people saying his pace had gone over the last couple of years. He never had it. Never needed it due to his perfect positional play. Never let us down. Scored some very important goals. Juventus 2005 being the most important.

A great attitude, on and off the pitch - always fought to the last minute. Gutted to see him leave.

Im 26 so for me Sami is the greatest centre back during my time as a Liverpool supporter.

                        You'll Never Walk Alone Sami.

We better give him the send off he truly deserves. An all time Liverpool Legend.

Mosaic against Spurs and Testimonial should be minimum requirements for his send off.

Sad news, hoped he would see out his career with us - been such a great servant and one of the best defenders ever at the club.

Wish him all success in liverkusen and hope we see him back once he retires.

I don't imagine many have come close to, let alone surpassed, that achievement.

Sad day, but it's been coming for a while and Agger's signing his contract is excellent compensation. A friend of mine once met Sami and described him as an absolute giant of a man. Definitely one of our all-time legends, and I'm definitely going to miss seeing him go up for every corner.
