shocking that a team we hammered 5-0 a few months ago on their last visit are 2-0 up against us at Anfield! The summer promised so much as we all thought we would strengthen our attack and go for it this season but we are a shambles and have been since the start of preseason.

the zonal system has been a huge issue since rafa took over and we can see why.

The only consolation for me personally is that it was obvious with the signings we'd made that we hadn't a pot to piss in and were therefore going to get no closer than last year, while other sides spent big and moved past us. I'm disappointed as a fan naturally but genuinely not gutted by this start to the season as for me it was always on the cards due to a failure to build on last year's platform...instead of a few key, class signings, we've shed personnel and basically moved a few things around a bit, but failed to add to the overall sum of the parts.

Fourth place squabbling again by the looks of it. And blame lies mostly with the ****ing yanks IMHO.
