I had this discussio with 2 other drunken Liverpool fans last night and the only thing we agreed on was buying out the Yanks.

After that ideas ranged from build a stadium (1 billion now spent including buying out the yanks) to getting in Peter Kenyon and pumping another 20m a year into the academy blah blah blah.

How would fellow reds, rescue the club with only 1 Billion ?

I've not seen much evidence of that at Chelsea, who are losing millions every year. At Man Utd, he inherited an extremely efficient commercial operation, and it has not missed him one iota since he left.
