Whether you're 14 or 40 the best way to upset certain people is to question the manager. Ignoring whether you are right to voice such thoughts back up with a good argument, its considered 'uncool' because the manager is above any kind of criticism. You're also told to wait till the end of the season before you're allowed to voice any thoughts, and when you do voice them again you get knocked down, repeat the same stuff into the next season, cycle continues.

I also call this specific fan outlook as 'bull****'. You should be allowed to say whatever you want and not be hounded for it with people trying to prove you 'wrong' with the weakest of defenses. Sick of it. But thats how forums go.

football is all about opinions......you should read a few of them and maybe you wont be as hard on our manager

fair play for voicing your opinion though......i am sure people would not have been so hard on you if they realised you were only 14, there is another lad called marky on this site he is of similar age ( he pretends to be older i think) but you seem to be a lot more mature in apologising for maybe upsetting people.

It's strange that we never ever see you posting on here, except when we are defeated.

Its like saying our defense is crap this season. I shouldnt have to go and dig out stats showing how often they failed tackles.
well thats that then. case closed must be true

I can see both sides here but, can Rafa and Wenger for that matter be allowed to stay in the jobs they've got indefinately without being accountable? People say Rafa hasn't had the cash that others have been given at Chelsea and Man United and they are right. We haven't got big money at the moment but that's just the way it is. At what point should it be said "enough is enough let's give someone else a go"? This isn't a pop at the manager it's just that some of the big Rafa fans on this site throw stats around after every defeat like confetti and get all stroppy when someone like stuy95 has a moan about the state of things. I can understand the lad's frustrations.

but thats what the newcastles of the world do?

Neither Arsenal or Liverpool have a divine right to win anything......and when was the last time a team didnt buy the premiership? Arsenal probably.

If we had a boat load of money then fair enough......but getting rid of Rafa would cause many more problems than him staying would and thats all those that defend rafa are saying. its just not practical.......and if we got a boat load of money Rafa deserves a fair crack of the whip

Let's see where we are at the end of the season. Let's assess then. No point making rash decisions before then. If we finish outside the top 4 then I see little justification for him to stay.

Rafa's a great coach but is he the best there is? He's bought some great players but just as many have been dreadful. Look at last Summers dealings. ****ing woeful. I'm not suggesting getting shut of him but what if another manager really looked like he could take us that extra yard. Do we stick with Rafa out of loyalty just 'cos we like him and he's a good guy? Some of the current squad just don't look the part at the moment and Rafa's man management style looks questionable too. People say that if Rafa goes Torres et al will go. So what. There are other players out there.

Sorry but it is. Name a poorer Liverpool team in the last 30 years?

Rafa took over some dross in the summer of 2004.

Its the only time you notice is why. We've lost 4 games in a row and I only posted now. Your logic would state I would post after EVERY defeat.

And if you check closely I havent actually said Rafa out. Our team has been poor for a while now. It still has the same faults as last year and the year before. The only thing I really keep mentioning is my major pissed offness at Alonso having been felt unwanted enough to leave the club. Thats my biggest sticking point. You can go and defend that one aswell while we keep more useless players around. Acting positive and defensive of the manager and team doesnt change anything. Most of the original problems havent been fixed after a long time.

Cue one week: 3 of our most influential players are out, Torres, Gerrard and Mascher. We lose to a freak goal, albeit deservedly so, and now Rafa should go?
Not yet. We have gradually improved in the league under Rafa. Let's see how the season pans out before pushing him off the cliff.

One of the things I will hold against Rafa is replacing our player of the season with someone who is injured for a 3rd of our next season, probably over-estimating Lucas in the process. Another is changing formation when the team is off form. Not a good idea. We need stability when we are struggling.

New owners would be nice, yes. New owners who don't pull the rug away from under the manager during the summer and. Do you think Rafa would have spent 17 mill on a full back if he knew had to balance the budget? I cannot know, but I doubt it.

And those who moan about set pieces, did you know that before last nights game we had scored 5 goals from corners, more than any other team in the PL?
Food for thought, check some facts instead of just wheeling out established misconceptions.
As I said, our fans are like the Newcastle fans they mock. They are an embarrassment.
