Seen a couple of Napoli games lately, and he is unrecognisable (his physical appearance anyway). With hair and some weight loss, I dare not say it but Dossena is actually a pretty decent looking chap. Assisted a good goal on the weekend. Not trying to spark a debate but I'd have him over Konchesky any day of the week.

I second that. I still don't understand what was wrong with Insua? I can never recall Insua being raped any player as Konchesky was by Nani. With all due respect to Konchesky, he is absolutely turd. He suits the small club mentaliity that Roy Hodgson is attempting to instill at Liverpool.

Add Aurelio is a crock to our list of LB joys. But Dosenna dear jesus, i remember one game out of his many mares, i think it was against Spurs in the cup, it was the single worst display i've ever seen from any professional footballer. Looked like a little lost boy running around. I'd have Insua and Konch in the premier league before Dosenna any day.

But Dosenna dear jesus, i remember one game out of his many mares, i think it was against Spurs in the cup, it was the single worst display i've ever seen from any professional footballer. all very true. terrible pity about fabio could be such a good player but one of the biggest crocks in football today.

Dossena had a mean cross on him too. And once the fatty got going, he was actually very quick. I can recall him doing a couple of stepovers Ronaldo style (although the stepovers were in slow motion compared to Ronaldos - he is or WAS a fatty)

Good player in Italy. But like some South American players I reckon he don't travel to well at all.

Yup. I'll be honest, none are the worst in the world. There problems were they were all the weak link at LFC and as such are the player who will always be targeted by the opposition and made to look worse than they actually are. When they are at lesser clubs the lads they play with will be of similar ability and as such will not be targeted and made to look fools.

We can all argue over which is better and which we'd rather have, but I think the majority of us would admit we need far better than all of them.

I should say, I'd rather still have Riise or Warnock over all three of them. And I don't think they are good enough either.

Anything is better than Konchesky. I'd take Stig Inge Bjornebye over him. I'd say Konchesky is slightly better than Steve Harkness though
