Don't get me wrong I booed him too but I'm not sure it was big or clever
other clubs offered more money for torres but he told atletico that liverpool was the only club for him, owen could have done the same real would have taken the 12 mil we offered.if he really wanted to play for us he could have made it happen instead of going to newcastle.

There's absolutely nothing wrong in booing a Man U player.

He's not Torres, that's all that matters for me. We've got the best striker in the world at our club - forget the has been plying his trade at Castle Grayskull

England always has been his number one priority and he's let it effect his judgement.

Should have signed a 12 month extension back in 2004 and he's most likely still be at Anfield.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I think silence is more appropriate for the Welsh midget

The way he tried to get Carra sent off - not only a former team-mate but a close friend. That's despicable.

Newcastle bidding more doesn't come into it.
At the end of the day, it is the player that signs the contract for the team he wants to play for (whether glory or money). No player has ever signed for a team he doesn't want to play for.
