My first post, some of you guys don.t deserve to support this club, the way you talk about our players is a disgrace, they were pretty good today and nearly achieved a great result, but no lets just slag individuals off, very poor show

First of all, post more often.

Second, certain players are simply not good enough. That can not be denied.

He's a 4th choice CB in a squad that has to have cut price fillers, what do you expect?

Voronin I agree we shouldn't have with us now. However, again, when did we have the money to replace Keane? Bearing that in mind I'm not sure we'd have anyone of massive step up in quality playing instead. N'gog / Nemeth maybe? It's all much of a muchness, none of them should be first port of call if Nando needs replacing or we want a second striker on.

The people who say it's not good enough we haven't brought in quality in certain positions are the same people that whinged about us signing a handful of players like Bellamy or Riera when we could've had long term first teamers like Johnson or Aquilani. We can't have our cake and eat it. Rafa spent the bulk of his pitiful budget on a couple of top notch players and injuries plus poor form have meant that's hurt us in a way it otherwise wouldn't.

It's absolutely nothing like that. We had 18 months of being **** under Houllier before he went. Some people forget the absolute crap we endured at the end. We've had a seriously **** spell. But at the moment there's nothing to say we cannot recover under Rafa and until there is I refuse to draw that comparison.

The europa cup thing really is ****. Thursday night games means monday night EPL matches...constantly playing catch up...not to mention the general embarrassment factor of playing in Europe's "championship".....feck for that for a trophy.

But frankly I don't care if Kyrgiakos plays well for almost the whole game, he ****ed up royally twice tonight. TWICE.

He's a centre half, and much like a goal keeper if you **** up the opposition will usually score. Our Reina covered Kyriakos' arse the first time, nothing he could do about the second.

We're soft, and I'm more worried that with our play now build around attacking fullbacks we'll still be soft when (if) we get a first choice 11 on the pitch.

Lack of concentration at the end cost us.

Individuals cost us games on a regular basis. 4/5 gilt edge chances and we couldn't put one away. It's unforgivable. Voronin is just dreadful. Lucas is dragging people down to the ground in injury time to name but two.

The only embarassment is people like you. And it doesnt mean Monday matches, it means sunday matches.
