    Ngog looks like a player
    Lucas looks alright
    Benny is ok
    Which Babel will turn up
    Will Aquilani come on
    Torres is injured
    Gerrard is injured
    We're unlucky
    Rafa's resting him because he's not quite right
    We don't have the money to build a squad

    Step forward Arsene Wenger

    Attacking options on a non astronomical budget

    * 4 Cesc Fabregas
    * 7 Tomas Rosicky
    * 8 Samir Nasri
    * 15 Denilson
    * 16 Aaron Ramsey
    * 17 Alex Song
    * 19 Jack Wilshere
    * 23 Andrey Arshavin
    * 27 Emmanuel Eboue
    * 9 Eduardo
    * 11 Robin van Persie
    * 12 Carlos Vela

        I know, we used to know how to control games. And the laughter from my last post, that was to stifle the tears

            Anyone get the impression Rafa is just keeping the seat warm til the summer?
            Do you ever post when we are winning or to support the side?

              Yes we were lucky for the peno but we deserved that luck, they didn't deserve anything from the game because they were battered, so in general, we didn't have the luck we deserved for absolutely hammering them, that's the point.

              As for the end product, if we didn't concede those two unbelievable goals, we would have won as we scored two.

                  Not on current form I'm afraid.
                  Will take us about 4 or 5 games of 1 and 2 nil results to get something happening.
                  We need Nando AND Torres back and Aquilani playing for 90 minutes.
                  Glen J is doing well but we have almost zero creativity.

                    We've had alot worse players than him. He's not on on the best form admittedly, he's a better player than his form is showing but can't take him out of the firing line because we have no-one else fit
                    The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

What we got tonight? Splittin passes would have done the job but we got side and back passes from Kuyt. Our vision and creativity is poor. We have to drop that safety first mentality it is killng us.
                          So by your analysis, Rafa should have put himself on to try and score a goal? We had clear cut chances to score but we didn't take them.
