How the **** do Andy Gray and Redknapp know so much about management of a PL team when they've never done it?
Jamie's dad is one of the best managers that has ever existed in England ever, so it's not surprising he has a natural affinity with it.

Pretty much agree with everything he says and agree with Nath on the issue that its pathetic to slag him off for saying his thoughts. Most of us are thinking the exact same.

I've always liked Redknapp and always thought that he offers his opinions on things exactly how he sees them, and he knows far more about tactics etc than any of us will ever know.

The minority you mean. Some fans are frustrated, that is all. Win a couple and the mood will change.

Rafael has not manipulated me yet, if he has manipulated 'THE FANS', he's better than Derren Brown and Houdini.

to say he manipulates the fans is bang out of order imo.

We empathise with him as we know he has been dealt a ****ty stick and we are having the worse injury crisis i can ever remember!!

to say he is manipulating us is ver harsh to rafa and shows a lack of respect to Liverpool fans as well

i think some of the criticism is correct. the part that is correct is that we are conceding too many goals.

Everyone who says its zonal markings fault is living in cuckoo land. We are not defending well at all. if we switched to man to man and defended like we are then we would still concede.

We are not that tall i agree but again man to man when we have shorter players? i dont think we will concede less by doing that. Also we did not concede many without Sami or crouch so i dont think its that.

I have to say that Redknapp was a cracking player. we could do with his passing now. but he makes me cringe when on sky.

he is right when it comes to the height of the team, we must have one of the smallest (height wise) squads in the league.

i know rafa referred to it in his interview with tomkins and its a serious problem for us, as are most things these days

Our defence has been solid for years under Rafa, among the highest performing sides as far as the 'stats' say, did Redknapp come out then lauding Rafa's use of zonal marking, no of course he didn't.
Actually he did, if you read the article.
