Oh, and just a thought on Hiddink.

He failed to get a very talented Russian team to the world cup. The only tough side he had in the qualifiers was the Germans, a side easily brushed aside by a second string England in Berlin. They then failed to get past the play offs despite being seeded and given a relative simple draw.

So why is his stock so high at the moment? His record in the league run in last year was worse than Rafas also. He's a good manager but I fail to see why he is such a wanted man.

But you could argue the same to be true about Mourinho. He took over a table topping Inter team and given the sole purpose of winning the CL. He could soon be heading our way in the Europa league at the way his team are playing and he has failed his task in flying colours to date.

With Statler and Waldorf in charge if we did ever lose Rafa the short list would consist of people like Alladyrce, who wouldn't get in the way while the owners continue to rape the club. No chance of getting in a world class manager who would want to compete and have a decent transfer fund.

Every single thing they have done since they have been here has followed exactly the same series of events as their ownership of their other clubs, including initially spending large (via debt of course). The next step is mediocre management and staff.

Our decline under the present ownership is 100% set in stone. If Rafa leaves it will be hastened.
