The first one was bad luck. The second one was great play from Arshavin.

We had half an hour to get back in the match after that yet barely mustered a coherent attack in that time. That's nothing to do with luck.

I really admire your posts Pete but really we don't need luck we need to learn how to play as a team and first and foremost we need to go back to the drawing board and learn the basics.

Arsenal were ****e in the first half but got themselves together at half time came out and harassed us which we never like. Their harassing upset us and created their piece of luck for the first goal. After that their was only ever going to be one winner and I for one am surprised it was not more than 2-1.

Good 1st half and shouldve had a pen but everything we dud well in the 1st half we forgot about in the 2 nd. Sat back and let them right back into it. And paid the price. You could see it coming a mile off too.

We won't finish 4th now, we have no mental strength and cannot play football. I was right in my predictions over summer- and it's gonna be 03 all over again.

Very good performance in the 1st half, they were lucky not to be 2 or 3 goals down. Second half we were poor, not one shot on goal when we were chasing the game.

We've had a few injuries and bad luck, we don't have as much money as a couple of the top sides, but the likes of Fulham, Birmingham and Stoke can only dream of a squad like ours, yet thats where we sit. We can excuse Rafa from not being up the top but you can't excuse that.

With stood a difficult first half, then came out in the second starting pressing us, got a smidgen of luck on the first good, a moment of genius in the second and then became tighter and more compact to try and hold the lead?!
