You'd have thought if there was such a rule, then all it would take is for one team to lodge an official complaint. Kind of surprised no one has so far.

As far as I'm aware the towels can be used as long as they are offered to both sides.

I thought this issue was raised a year or two ago and they were told that the towels had to be available for both sides. Can anyone remember?

The whole wiping the ball thing was really winding me up yesterday, there was probably 15 seconds extra wasted for everyone of their long throws.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Could that be the first time in history that 'fashion' and 'Stoke' have been used in the same sentence?

I too think maybe it's time for a change but there has got to be a more dignified way than holding a sign up like that. Attention seeking ******. If I had have been anywhere near that fecker yesterday i would shoved that sign up his arse.

Yep but the media have tried to twist it by saying it was an LFC fan. ****ing ****s.

It was a Stoke fan, get a grip of yourself ffs! Also, it was actually quite funny. A well thought out joke that was different than your normal "sacked in the morning" chants.

Wasn't THAT funny IMO. Also, it must have took the attention seeking bell end a couple of hours to do. Time that could have been spend doing something more productive.
I have one word to offer - honesty. I couldn't be devious if I tried. Joe Fagan.

                        That's what annoys me.

LFC supporters were chanting Rafa and supporting him. A Stoke fan holds up the P45 and BBC News reports that support for Rafa falling, they don't say that LFC supporters were chanting his name but show the picture of the Stoke fan.

Still, that's life and the only way to overcome it is to get 5 more points than the 3 teams above us by the end of the season.

reference the towels - to be fair, the ball boys offered the use of towels to liverpool players as well who rejected every time.

They have to offer, otherwise their players can't use them.
