**** Mourinho - hate the toad and don't want him anywhere near our club.

Alex Ferguson has won the premiership enough times - so let's have him.

Fairly even split so far, with the 'No' vote just shading it.

I think that Rafa and Jose are both as good as each other so can't see any benefit in changing managers. If Mourinho was crowned the new manager of LFC tomorrow, we'd still have the same group of players (the majority of which are decent squad players, nothing more nothing less) and we still wouldn't have a pot to piss in. Mourinho couldn't suddenly make lucas, babel, yossi, riera, kuyt, degen, ngog etc world class and consistent and his appointment wouldn't rid us of the americans. Therefore, I see no benefit of changing.
At the end of the day, we need a massive cash injection more than a new manager. It's going to be money which determines our future, not Jose Mourinho.

Did gooners rant about changing managers when they were struggling for fourth after 4 years of nothing?

yeah they did as it happens.there were plenty of calls for his head last season on phone ins and what not and the media jumped on the bandwagon like they have with Rafa, not to the same extent though. Some people are just blinded by short-termism.Bet the same whoppers are out there now claiming he's the greatest.

As for the poll, voted no cos i hate the cunt and think he'd do **** all with our resources.

I think if you were to take away peoples personal dislike of Mourinho, as opposed to whether he could do a better job in the NO vote, then I think this poll would actually show a higher yes percentage.

If you had of ran this poll before the last match then would be a higher % of no votes, these polls always seem to depend on how we done on the match before with some football fans being so fickle. Specially the next day after a bad result with fans still seething after the crap they had to watch.

I'm not so sure, i don't think he'd do a better job working under the same conditions as Rafa, with the same funding and starting point, i doubt if we'd have won the Champions league if he'd come in at the time Rafa did.

                          Who knows.

They weren't really Rafa's players at the time and it came down to a master stroke of a substitution.

Maybe Mourinho would have taken a completely different approach and started with Didi.

Probably the only half time tactical sub, ever made by Rafa.

What about taking away his prior disrespect for our club?

I guess we could just 'take that away'?

Which example of disrespect are you using?

It's managers mind games and Mourinho's way of deflecting attention away from his players.

He's only giving as good as he got.
He was battered by fans because of his confidence/arrogance.
