Aye I was thinking about Ayala last night. Played a couple of games at the start of the season and invisible since. I'm sure he's not out on loan.

real shame for Skrtel, he has been playing well lately. Would have been interesting to see what CB pairing Rafa would've gone for once Johnson was back and all four were fit. Agger has been rubbish and doesn't deserve an automatic starting place.

agger has been steady as **** since returning. finally a defender for us this year who isnt afraid to get on the ball, calm things down and look for an opportuninty to pass. carra was terrible early doors but has come on since, zorba looked terrifying first few games but of late has been a rock, agger was too in and out to start to get any consistency and skrtel has been ****e till the last 2 games.

if all are fit ( once jonhnson gets back ) it would surley have been

johnson agger carra insua ( although should be aurelio )

carra and agger the only two that should be considered auto choices
