Much better than Hodgson. Tactically sound but his teams play good football as well. More optimistic that Torres and Gerrard stick around with him in charge. Didn't need big money to succeed in Villarreal. Only downside is him being yet another foreign manager, but all the British ones are **** so what can you do.
