I think he reads the premiership well. I think he keeps a pretty good equilibrium within his camp, and will exploit an oportunity within a game. Honest, says it as he sees it. Pretty steady.

I doubt he'd sign him anyway, but don't you think it's possible that he was working under different conditions at fulham and signed players accordingly? If you put Nigel clough in charge of Barcelona tomorrow I doubt he'd sign Robbia savage...

I agree, but let's not start vilifying or ridiculing Roy before he's even arrived. Regardless of whether he's the right choice, he's a respected, respectful, dignified man who's done nothing wrong yet. If he's appointed, slate the owners for lack of ambition but don't start attacking a blameless man,
