I have the chavs by 1 point from the arse with us in 6th behind villa, level on points with spurs & city but behind on gd to spurs ahead of city. Tight! Exciting finish coming up for the neutral I think.

How stark do you like your reality? We finish 6/7/8, we have to sell the big boys to stay afloat and rafa stays.

I really want rafa to go, but not at the expense of the club for 5-6 years. We have to get behind the team until the end of the season and hope to all of the higher beings that we somehow manage to get fourth.

Its time for the players to ignore rafa and go out and play their own game. Rafa really needs to start man management, this aloof nonsense isn't working and won't work.

4th place now needs us to have a four horse accumulator come up - spurs mess up, city mess up, villa mess up, we put a run of form together.

          i don't see it.

i think as someone else has said that rafa has never done well in the league until last season. this is not the blip, last season was.

if he's going to go, i'd rather get someone with premiership experience who can give us entertaining football.

i think given the finances of us and our rivals, we're not going to win any leagues any time soon, so at least lets have someone who'll give us something good to watch.

harry redknapp fits the bill for me. who else fits the bill of entertaining footy and premiership experience?

I only mentioned one name, I'm confused. Perhaps my fingers posted Sam Allardyce's name in white text when I wasn't looking?

We did pretty well in the league 05-06 to be fair.

Harry Redknapp- I seiously hope you're taking the piss.
                      3rd place. Worst champions ever.

the players need to go man up and learn to pass! thats what needs to happen!

their decision making has been god damn awful this season... they are playing like school boys.

is that the managers fault?? in part yes. he cant see the glaring failings and he cant tell the difference between a good player and a **** one. oh and he couldnt motivate Mr. Motivator on speed he is that un-charasmatic.

other than winning the CL (which was partly down to some great luck & wasnt really his team at the time) what has he done? took us 2nd and won an FA cup in 5/6 years.... i like him but im not wearing rafa tinted glasses like a lot of our fans are.

you saw the difference between arsenal who are 3rd, and team who is 4th. we don't deserve that spot. FACT.

If you look at the players to me it looks like they don't believe in his methods anymore - Ah the good old days when people used to fear us tearing them apart (dark and distant memories at the moment!)

We probably create less chances per game than almost all of the top half of the table and most of the bottom half.

If you look past the results and say ok one bad season it can happen, we still play some of the dullest football in the league, masssively defensive, no width, no pace and no creative football being played this is all down to Rafa and his negative approach to football.

I honestly think we're about 2 players away from being there a LB and a decent pacey winger that can create chances for us - (maybe a 3rd as back up to nando but not essential).

So for me it's time for Rafa to go at the end of the season (whether it's 4th or not) but until it would be nice to see the shackles off the boys for the home straight.
