And its ****ing funny as hell to me that anybody would think its Torres job to create chances for the team. Bollocks, his job is to make space for himself and get on the end of them. Taking him off was signalled the end of the game for us, we were never going to win after that

Didnt surprise me one bit though, Rafa's been doing stupid **** like that all year long
No need to get personal pal.

As I said before, I suspect it was also to protect Torres from injury too.

For the record Pablo, my Mum once corrected me for using the expression, and I had to explain to her that it was an intentional combination of two expressions. Sorry mate, but you remind me of my mum

                  scum
                  chelski

there sould be then a few more which we should go to win, but be happy with a draw away from home

                  villa
                  spurs
                  city

aall other games we should be battering all the other teams, setting out from the get go to knock them into next week.

we never do!! we set upto contain for an hr and then up the tempo.

I dont believe Rafa's teamtalk consists of just go out and stuff these. More keep it tight and lets break them down in last 30mins.

                  wrong mentality imo.

We never go away to such teams and play for a draw, that's another myth! The results haven't been good but that doesn't mean Rafa tells them to go there trying to preserve a draw.

Hmmmm, that's very easy to say now... if a different mentality aligned to a **** transfer kitty brought poor results...saw us fall away as a force in europe and out of the top 4 in the prem consistently, then non stop attacking football wouldn't be much of a consolation for a club of our size and expectations..not for the fans, not for the media.

It's more about...for me anyway...looking at far more than this season...people who backed and believed in Rafa..some of them now say he should go...but they'll say it's not based on only this season, i fail to see how it could be based on anything but, which for me is wrong.

It's the whole club that needs fixing....not the manager. Again..only imo.

My opinion is that Rafa tries not to lose first and foremost - this is is his main downfall, the Premiership unlike Italy favours the brave (hence Utd's dominance) to go to the 'lower' teams and be happy to 'control' the game and contain the opposition is not good enough.
                          We come not to play.

Clearly that good period last season where we did everything to win was just a blip. Now its back to the usual negative, keep possession and nothing more approach

A huge part of the problem is the players, Rafa is certainly concerned that we'll concede goals and thus plays two defensive midfielders. The guys that should bring the guile are inconsistent and workmanlike.

Rafa bought the players and now must fall on his sword.
