Thanjk you.

I loved clemence and for me he was our top ever until pepe. Grob was great too if a little eccentric at times (major understatement).
For me pepe is now top because the modern game requires a footballing keeper to act as a sweeper and to launch quick attacks. Clem might of been able to do this but we won't ever know. What we do know is pepe is the absolute dogs bollocks at being a footballing keeper.
I love the guy. What a great attitude and if he doesn't get our player of the season i will be amazed.
Talked to him when they were in Oslo to play Valerenga, I tell you he COULD actually run through a brick wall. Hard as a rock, and a nice guy too. Love the guy
For me i'd say he's almost the perfect modern goalkeeper and would even go as far as saying he's on his way to setting a new standard, almost re-defining his position. Since the backpass was outlawed i can only think of a handful of keepers who are even comparable. I wouldnt swap him for anyone. A future captain for sure (though i'm not keen on gk's being captain) and already at 27 he has over 250 appearances so he could go on and get another 500 potentially.

Not sure if this link still works as I can't access it at work. It's Pepe and Kuyt singing the Torres song that was posted on her the middle of last year. He must play a big part in keeping morale up at the club and it's ****ing brilliant not constantly worrying that our keeper is going to make a **** up any minute to cost us a match (James/Dudek/Kirkland/etc)
