Okay so this thread is bound to be emotional but it would be appreciated if people could be a bit respectful of one another. People who are glad Rafa is gone are welcome to their own opinion but it would be nice if they didn't gloat. Equally those who are sad to see him leave would make the world a slightly less ****ty place by not being antagonistic to people who feel differently just for stating their views.

SSN reckon we've paid £6m as part of the termination package.

Not exactly value for money. I think him leaving is pretty neutral from a football perspective, so paying 6 millions is daft. Can see how it was worth it for the Americans though I guess.

Top bloke, always came accross as a really nice guy, good sense of humour, good appreciation of what LFC is about. Personally a shame, but we will move on.
