So that's where Coady got to. Respect to the lad.
    One tit for another.

Then, with ten minutes of the first half remaining, England skipper Conor Coady produced a moment of brilliance that deserved better. He collected a high German clearance, from an England corner, controlled the ball majestically, lifted it over Akaki Gogia and, with the ball still not touching the ground, unleashed a sumptuous volley which had Leno beaten but the upright intervened to deny the Liverpool lad a goal to remember. The Germans couldn’t quite clear their lines but the ‘keeper eventually foiled Ince’s rebound.

          Superb

My old man went to the game and said Coady was the best player on the park. Otherwise Germany were much better organised, better technically and thoroughly deserved to win. Surprise surprise eh

Not really LFC related but I see Sven has made Jack Hobbs available at Leicester.

Good effort. A bit like that goal the kid from City scored against our accademy team.

N'gogs two goals for the reserves were good too.

Pretty **** post without vids, but youtube blocked on work.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

He went to train with Aberdeen and had a trial. They sent him back

Another one who's gone but Mikel San Jose is being tracked by Barca according to El Correo. They want him as Puyol's deputy, reportedly. Another **** waste of money by the hopeless Spaniard.

Seriously Irwin was tipped for a big future a few years ago, saw him in a Pre-season game over here last summer and he was dire - very slow and unfit.

Liverpool defender Daniel Ayala has joined English Championship Derby on loan until the end of the season.

The 20-year-old former Sevilla player spent time with Hull earlier in the season.

Rams boss Nigel Clough said: "We're pleased to bring Daniel on board for the rest of the season, especially as he has been in demand.

"I would like to express our thanks to Kenny Dalglish and Liverpool that they have decided Derby is the best place for Daniel at this stage."

"He is a talented defender who we've seen in action on numerous occasions and feel he has the qualities to help improve our defensive record, which we feel has not been good enough lately," Clough added.

"This deal has been in the pipeline for a few weeks and we've had to remain patient, but the hard work has now paid off and we're pleased to have Daniel with us."

Hope he doesn't have any bad games, Clough will crush him.

Is clough really that tough on them?

I'm glad he's gone out on loan again
