Yes we are - beacause like it or not, we don't have goals from a source - Cisse. Like him or loathe him - he scored goals - even out of position. Add Stevie's barren spell cf to last season and suddenly we look terribly short of goals, - 42 to be exact.

Not sure about that last stat. He's a 1 in 3.5 - 4 game striker. I know , cos I worked it out. Bloody hours it took me!

Even Jermaine Defoe has a better strike rate (just).

Behave, Cisse had about 8/9 league goals, if I recall by this point he had 3 including a penalty, so not exactly prolific was he.

Well a few weeks ago he had 27 in his last 48 starts....I've had to guess since then.

Well if I do my maths then Shaggys stats make him a 1 in 1.73 games striker, so ur calculator must be broken.

More prolific than anybody else we had except Stevie.

Aye but that stat is of course only on his last 50 odd appearances for club & country - the country bit not being directly relevant to us. Still, he's scoring goals which is more than can be said of our other strikers.

I have no evidence that suggests Bellamy won't achieve this target, and I belive Kuyt will quite easily pass that target.

Crouch is just a goal machine, end of.

Yep his country goals are no good to us, but it still shows he's in form what ever way you spin it.

So I did him an injustice he's about a 1 in 3 - still not good enough for LFC 1st choice in my opinion

2 in 13 appearances for us, doesn't suggest prolific to me, or someone who's in form.

Pppffffttt! - we're buying goals from Jamica, and an abject Greek outfit now!

Like i predicted the day we signed Kuyt, Crouch should become a third choice. That was until i seen how poorly the Welshman settled.

Eh???? Two? I can think of five off the top of my head - Haifa away, West Ham (the winner), two against Galatasaray at home and Bordeaux away (winner).

                                And he hardly ever starts.
