I've watched plenty of games in the last few seasons where we were **** this is no better or worse than then.

Kuyt has been awful, Johnson for them is quality. Tevez keeps it and Torres or Ngog can't. Not much Roy can do with that.

I can see Roy ditching the 442 at HT. Roy knows what to do im sure of it. This formation is not working.

Woeful. Tactical mistake from Roy and we are being hammered. Need poulsen on for ngog to match them in midfield. Think he saw spurs batter them and thought he'd go with an attacking formation, don't blame him for trying but hope he's brave enough to change it half time.

Also wonder how much mascher has affected things given that Roy likes to name the team a couple of days in advance. Prob spent days practicing formation with him in it only for him to sulk off.

Had a few nice moves when we manage to get the ball off them though, room for optimism maybe...

i thought dirk might struggle in this system where he's being asked to do more going forward and he just doesnt look like a winger or a wide player at all.

first touch has always been questionable and it looks terrible tonight.

I think we need to take ngog off and bring poulsen on and move gerrard in behind torres. If we're still losing after 60 mins bring babel on and take kuyt off.
