As I said in another thread, it looked totally horrendous and I suppose you'd have to label it a mistake, but it wasn't a technical error, handling or poor judgement. He just slipped. His foot gave way. It's not as if he can go away and work on it.

Not sure what you mean by "offensive questions", maybe you're confusing me with someone else.
My comment in this thread was only crass because of the way you phrased your post. "lets hope it doenst become habit forming" - how could that possibly become habit?
Maybe your missing a smiley or exclamation mark or something but I really don't see your point.
i imagine one thing they do in training is your starting position and posture etc to eliminate slipping. so strangley you do look at how not to slip in training.
I don't care how much anti-slipping work you 'imagine' they do, you can't legislate for what happened. Now get off your high horse you miserable git. What's got into you ffs
