He says that bringing on a striker was good, but its a pity that all we have available striker wise is N'Gog. Would you rather have seen Babel than N'Gog? in which case -why? N'Gog has 6 goals so far this season.Originally posted by Marsh View Postwell Roy wasnt taking maxi off and putting an unamed striker off was he he took maxi off and but ngog in.

I'm saying that taking Maxi off and putting a striker on in his place was a good idea. Shame that striker was Ngog, though.Originally posted by Marsh View Postwell Roy wasnt taking maxi off and putting an unamed striker off was he he took maxi off and but ngog in.

We were pretty ****. It's too depressing to contemplate further..
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.

That's doesn't sound too difficult either. We won these corresponding fixtures last season when Torres and Gerrard weren't playing their best. Now with Cole playing I think we can't do any worse...Originally posted by Shaggy View PostNeed to win the next five.
LFC 3-0 Sunderland
LFC *-* Blackpool // Should win comfortably
Everton 0-2 LFC
LFC 2-1 Blackburn
Bolton 2-3 LFC

And as for 'educashun', well let's leave that one - I'm very well educated thank you.Originally posted by Frenchie View Post
the profit on Lien is simply explained to someone of your stature.
The KopCayman account that has loaned funds to LFC at 10% over Libor is in fact held in Lien on behalf of the 2 git owners and this is where they are milking the club. In Lien is the collateral of the funds put up by the Yanks initially plus the skim or added interest fees that are added.
So no you dont make profit on Lien but the special purpose vehicle that was created to milk a turn on the interest rate paid out by LFC over and above the one they are charged.
I guess I'm not that impressed at your level of education because of your irreverand use of the word bollocks which in turn seriously embarasses you

Carry on Einstein - you're doing so well.Really?

Hang on, where are the assets of lesser quality? As I said Poulsen for Mascha yes but nowhere else can I see assets of lesser quality, ie Cole for Benny, I think we got an much more valuable asset there!Originally posted by Frenchie View PostThe club has turned a profit on players yes they were replaced with assets of lesser quality..that is stripping..so to follow your argument then it is fine to sell Gerrard Torres and Reina and replace them with dozy dick and harry
As for managers being professional hahahaha Hodgson couldnt believe his luck when he was offered the job at his age and standing of course he took it knowing he would have to do as he was told...
To be honest I always thought asset stripping was selling off profitable areas and not replacing them at all.
Your last comment I shouldn't even respond but basically you are saying that managers are not professional... ok. Perhaps Rafa couldn't believe his luck when Inter came calling and he took it knowing he would have to do as he was told...
