Had we done that with a player we'd expect an improvement, so I don't see why the same doesn't apply for a manager.

No money,left with several ****e players, no time with team after World Cup,Late transfer,COle getting Suspended for 3 games,Masch doing a Houdini before a massive game, poxy start to league, Carling Cup comes and he plays the youngsters in which everyone on here was calling for and were delighted with, we lose!!! ...... and people now want him sacke,WTF? Hodsgon offloaded as many as he could, he wanted to get rid of Babel,Kriagkos and Lucas to but ran out of time in the transfer window. I will completely be with the "Sack Roy" brigade if in few months time we are still playing ****e but some perpsective for what has gone on is well needed and not extreme knee jerking. Rafa gave Valencia direction and to that he must be credited, but he also came into Valencia having one the most formidable teams in the world already there, built by Hector Cuper.

And Madrid and Barca's consistent ludicrous spending is the reason why Valencia along with everyone else haven't won league in years, its ridiculous and its embarrassing at this stage.

They always spent more money than anyone else, I don't see where's the difference from the days Rafa was there, except that he was beating them. He didn't do it once, but twice.

Saying that Rafa won things at Valencia because of Cuper's team is exactly the same as crediting Houllier for our CL win. This is absolutely ludicrous and is a trick the Benitez bashers have used for a long time.

I can't remember one big money signing he made and he still won the title twice.

Mate i don't think there is one LFC fan out there who think Roy will be here for a long time, he came to LFC when nobody else wanted the job. Some people had dreams of Mourinho & Hiddink which was never going to happen. He is a short termer and although i wanted Kenny i think its grossly unfair for people to be giving Roy so much stick with everything that has gone on at the club since he arrived. The chap has had nightmare bad luck and the job has being made harder by several different factors. Sure he has made some mistakes but he deserves a realistic time frame to prove himself.

I feel like i'm a Roy apologist on here, which i'm not, like i said if this **** is still going on in few months then i'm all for him getting the boot. But surely people have to realise certain things take time, and Roy wasn't exactly left with the greatest of squads, hard to shift of the rubbish when you have no money or hardly any time to get players to replace them. Its not Roy's fault he came into a squad with so many weak links. The game last night which was a travesty BTW, it was a chance for our fringe players and young lads to shine, on paper we looked at that team and there's is nobody that can tell me that they thought we'd lose,common?

I guarantee the likes of Lucas,Babel & Kyriagkos will be offloaded in January too , Roy just ran out of time in this transfer window. Anyways i'll keep quiet and see how our next 5 games pan out, the manager and the team is under massive pressure as it is, i just feel that getting behind him right now is the best thing to do.

Mate Valencia didn't need to sign any players they had a ridiculous team including: Cañizares, Carboni,Ayala, Baraja, David Albelda, Vicente,Aimar,Gonzalez, world class players at the time all there when Rafa arrived built by Hector Cuper. The only big player sold in Rafa's time was Mendiata as far as i can remmember. Sure they were Champs League runners up 2 consecutive years before Rafa arrived, what Rafa gave him was direction to his credit but the tools were more than there for him, any manager coming into a squad like that would be over the moon, much the same as the treble winning Inter team Rafa just walked into.
