This is all irrelevant seeing as we don't have the cash to sack him and he wont walk.

He should have never been appointed. This is lowest I have ever felt as a LFC fan. Sick to my stomach... He needs to go pronto.Originally posted by wiw View PostI never wanted him and I still don't
At the time, part of me did come round to the fact that someone who can get the best out of those at his disposal would be good for us, but there's been absolutely no evidence of this
All I've seen so far is woeful misuse of players. Dated tactics he seems unwilling to change, despite our players not suiting them. Late subs that make no real impact. A confused demeanour on the sideline, and after initially impressing in the media he turned angry, and now is seemingly just demused by the whole thing
He is managing some top players, also some dross, and they just don't look comfortable or happy playing how he wants them to
I'd only want him to stay if he basically changed his managerial style. Subs, tactics, everything

Hodgson's a clueless buffoon. 20 yards too deep, Gerrard playing next to the CBs where he cannot influence, Meireles playing right wing, no pressing whatsoever, no width, no tempo, not guile, no clear cut chances, nothing.
Hodgson is a **** **** **** **** manager and if he stays for the whole season, we WILL face a relegation battle.
Furthermore, he disrespects the fans and insults our intelligence with his utterly embarrassing and cringeworthy bull**** comments.
Some of his statements are just simply ridiculous. We are joke of a club atm at every level beginning with a managerOriginally posted by Shanks View Posthttp://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/foo...rt-season.html

I don't think Roy really understands LFC yet and with these comments,
I doubt he ever will.
Relegation and LFC should not even be in the same sentence, by any of our managers..

So I'm guessing he asked them to make sure they didnt score any more goals and maybe if they could to nick a goal if possible. At least winning the match wasnt part of the half time talk by the looks of it. Well done team. Come get your 650-120k payout for a weeks worth of excellent work. Now go **** a goat. The only thing I can take heart from is that the spirit from the team is still there because I couldn't have asked for any more in the second half.

I feel dirty in calling for him to be sacked, but he's clearly out of his depth, we've got a squad that had about 13 players who were at the world cup in the summer and he's truned them into a team who can barely recognise each other. We're playing worse football than I can ever remember (worse than under Souness), we've lost to and been out played by Blackpool and Northampton at Anfield, as well as every PL team we've faced, his post match comments show he doesn't know what he's doing. The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Fair play mateOriginally posted by alunevans View Postcalvo, i think not having seen it is why you're being generous yes. at home to blackpool and the way he set us up was cowardly and pitiful. i've defended him and argued giving him time but i've changed my mind. i can't see this getting better. i think the problem is how he sets us up so deep, and is so conservative in getting men forward.
and he thinks the reason we lost two goals was because we were too attacking so no lessons learned.
we need someone with a totally different approach to his. as someone else said, he really is a big part of the problem.
i've done my best to defend him and give him time, but at home to blackpool being two nil down and seeing men out of position and your defensive line constrained so deep that the majority of the park is handed to the opposition is unforgiveable.
and more to the point, it's not a one off. it's typical of how he has set us up."Love, love is a verb
Love is a doing word"

He is a well respected coach. So is Peter Taylor.
Time to walk Roy, this place is just too big for him and he is bringing it down (although the players need to take a long hard look in the mirror after their pathetic display yesterday)."Its not about the long ball or the short ball, its about the right ball." Bob Paisley

This is all Rafa's fault. I know it is for a fact because I read it in the newspaper, and someone said it on TV tooOriginally posted by IN_RAFA_WE_TRUST View PostI want to smash a few faces when they keep talking about how it's not roys fault and only 2 of his players played and the rest are rafa's signings.
