I'm hearing very contrasting things today. One thing I will say is that it sounds like Nesv are getting into gear and Roy could be out sooner than I thought.

One person told mr that by the time Gerrard returns we'll have a new Ceo and a new manager. I reckon this person would know about the CEO, if it is s certain person. But it could be guess work on the new manager.
    Forwards.......

With Gerard out and Carragher out it would give a new manager plenty of time to pick a new team without any fear of recrimination or backlash from the fans by not picking either of them.

I beleive that managers are pretty obliged to select them becuase of their unique status as local boys, and i am not always of the belief that their inclusion actually makes Liverpool a stronger unit.

I suspect that an appointment of a new CEO is just around the corner(perhaps Dein), which will trigger a change in management.

The change is absolutely critical asap. I watched an interview with Alex F where he explaine the importance of the manager at a football club, and all I can say is heaven help us if Roy had as much power as Fergie had...

If it is true it can't happen soon enough. If the new guy comes in January and has a bit to spend then this season can still be salvaged.

Always going to be a potential torn in any managers backside.

I heared from the usual ****e what we all read etc, also from some fella in the spurs boardroom who knows a guy in the arsenal boardroom, who knows David Dein.

Trust me, I know how it sounds. I did mention this elsewhere on here, and posted my reasons for doubting the source.

If I was to bet I'd say Roy here rest of season and a CEO from left field who we don't know about.

I've heard stuff about David Dein too - i think there's something in this.

I hope so. Having said that, was he actually a CEO at arsenal?

He was vice Chairman and part owner, i believe. Owned about 15% of the shares, IIRC.

Hmm, would he do a CEOs job then? Guess we'll find out soon enough.

I'm pretty sure it would amount to the same thing, shy of the massive expense required to own 15% of the shares. He'd be running things, without the need to dip into his own pocket. And be paid handsomely to do it.
